Celebration of International Women’s Day

On 17 February 2026, Bhaikaka University, through its Women Development Cell, organised an exhibition-cum-sale in celebration of International Women’s Day. A total of around 25 stalls were set up on the university campus, with participation from students and staff, showcasing a diverse range of products including food items, hand-loom Kurtis, jewellery, and arts and crafts. The exhibition provided a vibrant platform for participants to display their creativity and entrepreneurial skills while also engaging in sales activities.

The event was inaugurated by Provost Dr. Abhay Dharamsi, Registrar Dr. Jyoti Tiwari, Convener of the Women Development Cell Dr. Pragnya Nair, and Secretary Dr. Deepal Bhatt, along with other members, by releasing balloons into the air.
