Celebration of Anti-Ragging Week | 12th – 18th August 2025
Bhaikaka University observed Anti-Ragging Week from 12th to 18th August 2025, in line with UGC directives, to spread awareness against ragging and foster a culture of respect and safety on campus.
The week began with an inaugural ceremony featuring a welcome by the Member Secretary – Anti-Ragging Committee and a keynote address by Dr. Swapnil Agarwal, Dean, Pramukhswami Medical College. University officials, principals, faculty members, and students came together to mark the occasion.
To engage students creatively, five unique expressions were organized:
• Skits on Anti-Ragging
• Poster Competition
• Reel Making Competition
• Slogan Writing Competition
• Selfie Corner
Over the week, students showcased their talent and commitment to spreading awareness through these art forms. Faculty members also conducted informative sessions and screened UGC videos on anti-ragging across all institutes.
The competitions saw enthusiastic participation, with cash prizes and certificates awarded to winners, while all participants received certificates of appreciation. The celebrations concluded with a closing ceremony and prize distribution on 18th August 2025.
Together, we stand united to say NO to Ragging and YES to a safe, inclusive, and supportive campus.
