Bhaikaka University Celebrates Diwali with Great Enthusiasm
Bhaikaka University celebrated the festival of lights with great enthusiasm and festive spirit. The Diwali get-together was organized at the University’s Academic Centre and witnessed active participation from staff and employees of the university and hospital.
The celebration was graced by the presence of Shri Atul Patel, Chairman of Charutar Arogya Mandal; Shri Amit Patel, Secretary of the Mandal; Dr. Gauri Trivedi, President of Bhaikaka University; Dr. Abhay Dharamsi, Provost; and Dr. Jyoti Tiwari, Registrar, along with other dignitaries.
The entire university campus was beautifully decorated with flowers, balloons, and vibrant rangolis. Shri Atul Patel extended warm Diwali greetings to everyone and wished them good health and prosperity. He appreciated the creativity and efforts of all staff members who designed the rangolis across various departments of the university and hospital.
This year, the traditional rangoli competition took on a creative twist with theme-based rangolis, reflecting the participants’ artistic skills and innovative ideas. The Prileage Centre won the first prize, while the Departments of Anaesthesia and ENT were declared joint runners-up. The third prize was awarded to the Hospital Reception, and consolation prizes were given to the Cancer Centre and the OBGY & Labour Room for their beautiful creations.
The celebration concluded with a festive gathering where all staff members enjoyed Diwali refreshments and exchanged warm greetings and best wishes for the occasion.
