ADMISSION TO MD/MS

[Instructions for Students who have Secured Admission at this College for MD/MS till 2nd Round]

Welcome to Pramukhswami Medical College, Karamsad. We are delighted to welcome the new batch of 2025 to our campus. Reporting at medical college can be done starting from 18th December, 2025 from 09.00 am onwards. However, the academic term will commence from 22nd December, 2025 only.

 

Following shall be the process at the time of joining:

1. While coming to the college in person please ensure that you have three copies of self-attested following documents:

  1. MBBS Marksheets [all years]
  2. Internship completion certificate
  3. Registration Certificate/Provisional  Registration Certificate
  4. Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate
  5. NEET Result
  6. Admission Order from ACPPGMEC
  7. Fee Receipt – First Term Fee payment
  8. School Leaving Certificate
  9. Aadhaar Card
  10. PAN Card
  11. 10th Mark sheet
  12. 12th Mark sheet
  13. Caste certificate (if applicable)
  14. Six (6) Passport size photographs [with name, department and admission year on back] 
  15. Original Migration Certificate [within 3 months of joining]

In addition to the above documents, bring soft copy also of following documents.

  1. NEET Marksheet
  2. Provisional Admission Order [from Help Centre]
  3. Fee Receipt – First Term Fee payment
  4. Passport Size Photograph with white background (Size max 500 KB)
 

Instructions for Availing Hostel Facilities:

Students who want to avail hostel facility, are required to make application on the day of joining. Allotment of hostel accommodation will be done subject to availability after completion of joining process.

  1. Those who opt for hostel facility, shall have to pay the requisite fee and approach the Hostel Warden for allotment.
  2.  Please note that no visitor/ parent will be allowed to stay in the hostel after allotment.
  3. Details of Hostel Fees are as follows:
    1. Hostel Deposit (Refundable): Rs.20,000/-
    2. Hostel + Mess Fees for December 2025 to March 2026: Rs. 33,550/- (In case, the candidate vacates the hostel before March 2026, amount will be deducted in blocks of 15 days and balance amount will be refunded.
 

Please bring a bank cheque book for payments and/or through an online mode of payment to pay the hostel fees. Cash payment will not be accepted. The bank details for transfer of fees are as provided below. You are encouraged to add these in your beneficiary profile to enable easy transactions.
