10 October - World Mental Health Day

The overall objective of World Mental Health Day is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health. Dr. Ankur Mahida, Psychologist, of the Mental Health Department (Psychiatry Department) of Bhaikaka University talked about how we need to look after our mental health, and how important it is to talk about things and get help if you are struggling.
